good days start with finding something you forgot about. today i found some old austin swim stickers in my trunk when i was getting clothes out of my car.

started a painting for some reason and stopped after about 5 minates.

skated at the free park with dench and brian. hopefully getting back into the flow of it and my body is conditioning itself to work with the pains.

first a for most self is on it's way to be finished up finally. all that is left is some small stuff and screen printing all the sleeves oh and of course duplicating. your going to love or hate this video. it's ok with me either way.

all those contests is pretty much every contest i filmed at these last..... 4 years. it'll be about 3 minates and have around 10 contests. on the bonus material there will be some other contests sections i made too just to add to it. originally the video was part of SELF but it jsut made the video way to long so i had to cut it and tape it back together.



also on this dvd is a video i made with tapes my friend dench had leftover. maybe 2 years worth of fooie that would have gone to waste. not the best stuff but i slapped it together into a 12 minates edit. so that is also going to be on the disc.
